Return Policy

Exchanges

Any exchange requested must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery/collection provided the following conditions are met:

1. Your name, order number and receipt of delivery/collection, and
2. Product is in good, sellable condition with its original packaging, and
3. Exchange for another product of the same or higher value only (the difference in price to be paid by you before delivery).

Returns

You can only return a product if it is found to be defective within 7 days from the delivery/collection date provided the following conditions are met:

1. Photo of the defect(s) within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection, and
2. Defect is NOT caused by deliberate tampering or damage, wear and tear, improper care or handling, damaged as a result of acts of god, or with the intention of scamming. No return is accepted otherwise.
3. You are to bear the cost of returning the faulty item to me. The return address will be issued to you by private contact.

Maria Fung is not liable for products damaged as a result of third-party delivery companies like shipping, air freight etc.

The value of returned product(s) will be credited to you via PayPal using the same account you provided or bank transfer.
