Creative Direction for Areca Residences

Areca Residences was Invictum Development's premium resort villas on the paradise island nation of Palau. It was Palau's first and only full-range mixed commercial and residential development that offered comprehensive range of amenities including MICE, retail, F&B, healthcare and leisure.

To convey Areca Residences' exquisiteness, its logo's icon is the Areca tree's palm leaf. The left side of the leaf is shaped as a trumpet seashell, while the right side of the leaf resemble sea waves, resulting in a clever illusion. Variations of this logo allows for its flexible usage across any space constraint and any colour background in relevant collateral.
